This A4 sized paper back book by W A Brent has in its 36 pages a wealth of history and facts. This book opens with a wonderful photograph of the Supermarine Spitfire piloted by Jack Malloch a few years before its crash. Then the opening chapters deals with the history of the start of the Rhodesian Airforce from its beginning in 1934. The start of each of the 60s 70s Squadrons is also mentioned in short accompined by many black and white photos. This book also deals with each aircrafts history as it has the serial numbers and eachs record of service. There is also a pages of colour photographs not seen in any other Rhodesain Airforce publication as most are from private sources. Towards the end they wriote about the structure of the Airforce and her bases. A post Zimbabwe is also dealt with and makes some interesting reading. Has a roll call and a conprehensive account of each aircrafts and there crews service record. Has a page of rank structure and each Squadrons motiff. This is a great book to own for any ex Rhodesian Airforce servicman.
